Conditions
No payment to interns will be made during the internship and interns will have to make their own arrangements for stay and travel.
CBI will not be liable to provide any medical facility or any other facility to the Interns.
The internship does not provide any right for any future employment in the CBI.
Interns will be provided practical exposure to investigation and prosecution work by providing assistance to CBI law officers and investigating officers in researching court judgments on specific areas, preparation of court applications and replies, presentation of evidence/documents & examination of witnesses in court, trial work, pairvi work, data collection and any other work assigned by senior officers.
Interns are required to sign the “Oath of Secrecy” at the time of joining which will be binding on their conduct during internship and beyond.
How to Apply?
Candidates are required to submit their application online by visiting the CBI website https://cbi.gov.in/vacancies on or before 20th July 2024.
Before filling up the application, the candidate must ensure that they are in possession of the following documents:
Photograph of the candidate in .jpg format (up to 2MB).
Scanned signature of candidate in .jpg format (up to 2MB).
Proof of Date of Birth in .pdf format (up to 2MB).
Marksheet from 10th class onward in .pdf format (each up to 2MB).
Letter issued by the present institute/college with regard to the present enrollment status of the candidate, in .pdf format (up to 2MB).
Recommendation letter issued by the Principal/HoD of the institute/college for undergoing CBI Law Internship for a minimum period of three months, in pdf format (up to 2MB).
